Warrior Sound

Warrior Sound International was founded in 2002 by Selecta Ditch and Mattia Ruebenstrunk in Wuppertal, Germany. Known as 'The One Man Army Sound,' selector Mattia's years of juggling at U-Club Wuppertal made him confident playing solo. In 2019, Mattia created a stunning upset at Reggae Sumfest's Global Sound Clash in Montego Bay, defeating nine-time champion Pink Panther 6-1 in the dub-fi-dub final with dubplates from Barrington Levy and Cocoa Tea. Their Jamaican Rum Night Dance was voted the 2nd best dance in Germany by Riddim magazine readers.
