SoundClash Hub is a community-driven calendar for sound system events. We aggregate and display information about SoundClash competitions and Hardcore Juggling events worldwide. We are an informational platform, not an event organizer or ticket seller.

SoundClash Hub does not sell tickets. When you click a ticket link, you're directed to a third-party platform (Eventbrite, Frontline, or others). Your transaction is between you and that platform. We are not responsible for:

- •Refund policies of ticket providers
- •Event cancellations or changes
- •Any issues with third-party platforms
Intellectual Property
Our Content
The SoundClash Hub name, logo, and original content are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without permission.
User Content
When you submit content (like event flyers), you grant us a license to display it on our platform. You retain ownership of your content. If you want something removed, contact us.
Event Information
Event details and flyers are typically owned by event organizers. We display them for informational purposes. If you're an organizer and want your event removed or modified, contact us.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SoundClash Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that:

- •All event information is accurate or current
- •Events listed will actually take place
- •The site will meet all your specific needs
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundClash Hub and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to: missed events, travel costs due to cancelled events, issues with ticket purchases, or any other direct or indirect damages.

Events get cancelled, rescheduled, or change venues. While we try to keep information current, we cannot guarantee real-time updates. It's your responsibility to verify event details before attending.
